Lint fixes, plus changing the standard link format in descriptions

This is a bunch of fdroid lint improvements. Three of them should be uncontroversial, they are adding more HTTPS checks and URL shortener bans. The fourth is switching the standard link format from mediawiki links to standard URLs. This is one step towards using "basic HTML with preserved newlines" as the standard description format. fdroidclient#1000
