include fdroidserverid in build log post on wiki

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroidserver:collection-of-fixes into master

This is a collection of random fixes that should hopefully be uncontroversial. The one that I find most useful is including the fdroidserverid in the wiki build log so its easy to tell which version of fdroidserver was used.
