'fdroid update' removes binary apk with missing metadata

If no metadata is found for a given package when updating the repo, it shows the following message and removes the apk:

packagename.apk (org.packagename) has no metadata - removing

Fdroid should instead put the same warning, but not remove the apk, and maybe suggest the user to use 'fdroid update -c'.
