Python 3 compatibility

I'd like to implement python 3.4 compatibility, so it would make no difference if fdroidserver is run with python2.7 or python3.4. Is it ok to make small incremental merge requests or must it all be in one go?

Furthermore, are there any dependencies, which would prevent said compatibility?
