Expiring Daemon because JVM heap space is exhausted

... Daemon will be stopped at the end of the build after running out of JVM memory

Trying to build K-9 Mail 5.700 with Gradle 6.0.1

Adding org.gradle.jvmargs=-Xms4096m -Xmx6144m -XX:+CMSClassUnloadingEnabled to gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties didn't help.

Thoughts?
