RFP: have "fdroid scanner" report findings even if it cannot identify versionName/versionCode

When fdroid scanner is unable to detect versionName and/or versionCode, it should scan the repo nevertheless and report its findings. Currently it skips the scan then – at least the message it leaves on the RFP indicates that, see e.g. rfp#956 (closed)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
