makebuildserver: Reduce size of bundled components for 'home use'.
Currently makebuildserver seems to package all SDK components that have ever been released. It uses a lot of traffic, disk space and time. This is a considerable barrier of entry for new developers.
What about a package=[full|lite]
type of configuration in makebuildserver.config.py
that skips all the old components that almost no one needs any more? I'm thinking of API levels below 14 (Android 4.x) and Gradle below version 3. Old NDKs can probably be omitted too. I think the accumulated size of components could be cut in half or so.
