Use rsync instead of sftp to send sources to buildserver, was: Sending big srclibs to vagrant takes ages

I don't know what happens here, but I have an SSD and 32 GB of RAM and it needs over 6-10 minutes to copy a list of files which together are 658 MB large.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
