Alt Store support
F-Droid could get easy support for getting IPA install support on iOS by making F-Droid repositories compatible with Alt Store.
Distributing iOS apps in Alt Store works sort of analogous to how F-Droid works. It has what they call source files which are pretty similar to our index files. So fdroid update could generate such a alt store source.
