SuperTuxKat: Update to 0.9.3

Closes rfp#98 (closed).

As mentionned in the Maintainer Notes, there are still several issues we need to solve.

However, it is hard to work on this because my address IP was banned multiple times by Sourceforge (for ~1 hour) for making too many SVN requests...

(The lint CI seems to fail because it tries to run Git on the SVN srclib.)
