Add the p≡p app

Requires the following additional server packages: sqlite3, asn1c

Also, it requires for the cacert CA to be whitelisted. That can be done by first installing the ca-cacert package, and then running sudo dpkg-reconfigure ca-certificates and selecting to include the cacert CA.
