Info about new Antifeatures `KnownVuln` and `DisabledAlgorithm` and info how to fix them?

My app https://f-droid.org/wiki/page/de.k3b.android.toGoZip (build today 2017-07-24) currently is marked as

• This app has the KnownVuln Antifeature.
• This app has the DisabledAlgorithm Antifeature.

Is there any way to get info where the problem lies so that i can fix it?

If this issue relates to

• "APKs with weak signatures" (fdroidserver#323 (closed)) or
• Update fails on apps signed with MD5 (fdroidserver#292 (closed))

i have no influence how fdroid sign-s my app with a weak key.
