Android SDK Build-Tools 25.0.1: license not accepted, causing build failure

Just noticed this on https://f-droid.org/wiki/page/org.kontalk/lastbuild_213, decided to name the issue the same as #534 (closed) for clarity's sake. I hope this is an appropriate issue for data, as I didn't see any note on "Please put this on server next time" nor did I find a relevant issue in server.
