Add "Stone for Android"

Stone is a packet repeater that can be act as a client/server/proxy with many possibilities. For example, on Windows you can use stone as a HTTP proxy, TLS Server, TCP-from/to-UDP converter, and so on.

I want this app to be added on F-Droid because there's no "packet repeater" for Android(at least I don't know other product act like this).
