Request: Simple Thank You

I can perfectly see why this app would not be included in the F-Droid repo, but I'd still like to raise the question.

Reasons not to add Simple Thank You:

The developer might not want it there.
It's a paid app, designed to raise money to support the developer. A free way to install it would defeat this purpose.

Reasons to add Simple Thank You:

It's open source, like all the other simple apps.
The app unlocks features, currently only the 'apply color scheme to all apps' button.
The app removes reminders to donate.
