I hope this is the right project to be posting under, as I'm not fully sure who's responsibility this is. As far as I can on OsmAnd~ 4.5.10, there is no purchase page in the settings (`Menu → Settings → Purchases`). However, this means it isn't possible to use the new free [OsmAnd Start](https://osmand.net/docs/user/personal/osmand-cloud/#osmand-start) settings and favourites sync. As all the payment options require google integration, there is no way to use OsmAnd Pro with OsmAnd~. The new OsmAnd Start is a great way around this, but it currently there is no way to set it up. I [posted about it on the OsmAnd GitHub](https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd/issues/18507), but was referred here.
