Ahoj, I report this issue here to f-droid since the OsmAnd people [↗ told me here](https://github.com/osmandapp/web/issues/193#issuecomment-1709928635) that they are not responsible for f-droid builds. The original issue is [↗ this one](https://github.com/osmandapp/web/issues/193). It is: Starting with OsmAnd 4.5, basic OsmAnd cloud backup should be available for anyone without subscription, see e.g. [↗ here](https://github.com/osmandapp/web/issues/191#issuecomment-1682472185). But it does not work for OsmAnd~ from f-droid: 1. I have installed OsmAnd~ version 4.5.8. 2. I registered a completely new OsmAnd cloud account from within that OsmAnd installation. 3. I have configured OsmAnd to backup only Settings. 4. When I want to sync, it fails with a popup "*No valid subscription present*" and the text > **Expired subscription** > Your OsmAnd Pro subscription is expired, > renew it to use backup. You can still restore > data from the Cloud. 5. I retried by making sure that _only_ "Settings" → "Profiles" and "Settings" → "OsmAnd Settings" are to be backed up, which do not require OsmAnd Pro/ a subscription. Same problem, cannot backup, get "*Expired subscription*"-note, even after a logout and re-login. Below screenshots of the message and configuration. Regards! ---
