Moonlight: fix build of 8.2 (199)

Cameron Gutman requested to merge cgutman/fdroiddata:moonlight_submodule_removal into master
  • The app complies with the inclusion criteria
  • All related fdroiddata issues have been referenced in this merge request
  • Builds with fdroid build

I integrated one of the libraries that used to be a submodule into the repository directly, so the build steps needed to be slightly tweaked.

I also updated to NDK r20 since I was making changes here anyway.
