Updates for RunnerUp 2.0
Merge request to re-enable the builds for RunnerUp application.
The application has been updated, mostly refreshing the user interface.
The application was disabled due to non-free libraries were included. To overcome that a "free" variant with a separate application id and version was created. The differences with the "main" application has been described in the update. (The "main" version is currently in Play beta.)
The prebuild steps to fix the F-Droid build has been included in the main build scripts. (The existing play-services removal is needed for fdroid script checks only.)
