Issues with GPS Setter app

1. has a donate link: jqssun.github.io/donate/ that does not exist, 404.

2. points to "issue tracker" https://github.com/jqssun/android-gps-setter/issues that opens OK, however.when trying to report , getting an error:Create new issue in jqssun/android-gps-setter Error Unable to create issue.

3. No way to report to developer that apk is 64bit only, it does not run on 32bit ROMs (phone is 64 bits, but ROM is 32bit only), would be nice to flag such things on website, or allow way to contact developer (maybe donate) and get them to generate 32bit version.
