Home Medkit beta offered to non-beta users

See https://f-droid.org/packages/ru.application.homemedkit/. Note that the changelog for 1.7.0-beta explicitly advises caution in using the app, but it is still offered to my local F-Droid client. "Allow Beta Updates" in the three dots menu of the F-Droid client's individual app view is unchecked.

I don't use this app, but I assume this is somewhat urgent because people presumably use this to track medications. Possibly really important medications.
