Openbmap Radiocells etc

this is for org.openbmap and org.openbmap.unifiedNlp apps on f-droid.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but the former openbmap project (later named as radiocells.org) closed down like last year or early 2023.
I.e. radiobeacon cannot submit new data to the database, as database is not accessible.

Basically both these apps should be archived.
