Update Simplemobiletools Contacts (com.simplemobiletools.contacts.pro) to 6.22.7

Since version 6.22.4 there have been three new tagged versions (current is 6.22.7) which for some reason are not detected.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
