Metro Music: Installation results in double apps installed

I installed the app from (priviledged) F-Droid in LineageOS for microG. When I started it for the first time, a message came up, saying one should rather intall the version from Playstore. Because of this strange behaviour I instantly uninstalled the app via App info/Uninstall. After this the app was no longer present in the app drawer, but still kept asking for permissions. In Settings/Apps the app was still there. So uninstalled it on this route a second time

This shady bevaviour makes me feel, the app was not trustworthy and should not have made it to F-Droid.
