Telegram FOSS not updated hence not working anymore

It's been a few days since Telegram FOSS stopped working on my phone. Telegram network warned me that my version was not up-to-date and would stop working.

No update shows in F-droid (except if I select "incompatible versions" and "anti-features" repository parameters, but the update fail to install).

How do I know if it's normal because the TgFOSS devs are late for some reason, or if it's a bug or something else?
