Midori sends bug reports by default without user consent

The Midori browser might need the Tracking anti-feature in its current version 1.1.6.1: Settings → Privacy and security settings → Enable Report is enabled by default, and when a bug is triggered, the app claims to have sent a report without any user interaction.

In fact, I can trigger a bug and the respective report in the current version very easily during onboarding: Next, Next, grant the permission, select search angine, select dark theme, and it crashes; a toast notification tells me about the report.
