Orbot not updated

Hi,

I see that Orbot[0] is very old ("Version 15.0.1-RC-3-PIE (15012316) - 2015-07-16") although the project continues development[1].

What I see in the metadata[2] is

UpdateCheckMode: Tags ^[^-]*$

And, I see the current tags[1]: There is at least 15.1.2 in the tags which should match the description. Also, there are some versions like 16.3.0-RC-1-tor-0.4.2.7 which are release candidates.

Questions:

• Could we change the tag format to include RC candidates, too?
• Why is 15.1.2 the CurrentVersion in 257c5e2b but I can see no build for it?
