Osmand asks to rate on google play

When updating or instblling the newest version of osmand with f-droid, it asks users to rate it on google play, even if they don't have google play.

I think the packaging of osmand should include a step to patch that code out, since it doesn't really make sense. If you believe this is not something fdroid should fix, please tell me so and I'll report upstream. Thank you!
