Ghost Commander: upstream moved

There were no commits in GC repo for a while, and as it looks like it has finally moved from ant to gradle. New repo appears to be at https://sourceforge.net/p/ghostcommander/svn/HEAD/tree/ I suppose a new metadata and build process needs to be written.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
