ApplicationsInfo : new build request with basics fixes & additions

I applied few patches (basics fixes & additions) to original apk https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/blob/master/metadata/com.majeur.applicationsinfo.txt No new permissions added, nor UsageAccess feature (requested for Oreo packages sizes liability), I believed it could be useful to fdroid because it demonstrates how much every apk can "dig" any android device for "profitable" usages/apk.

A debug/release is uploaded for testing : https://bitbucket.org/oF2pks/android-applications-info/downloads/ (tested on android jb4.1->oreo8.0)

oc, all credits & donations, should link to original creator https://github.com/MajeurAndroid/Applications-Info ; I did these patches prior to further possible developments using UsageAcces or su/root (...with different apk naming).
