- use apt-get instead of apt
- do apt-get update || apt-get update before apt-get install
- use apt install -y

On a 4 core 3GHz VM it takes 60min/arch, we build 4 arches, fdroidbuild VM has only 2 cores enabled ([at this moment](admin#131))
