Remove the obsolete Description in the hope that https://github.com/Kaljurand/K6nele/blob/master/metadata/en-US/full_description.txt will be picked up instead.

This is replaced by nb and nn

- Add fields AuthorName and Donate
- Update Translation to directly point to the project's page instead of
  the organization's page.
