Language: Data is "kept", not "not lost".

Negations are harder to understand then positive language, and especially when I am prompted a YES NO question, I would rather not be confronted with a long and complicated question, but with a short and easy one that is to the point.

So IMHO it would be even better to remove all the "Your existing data will not be lost." without replacement, as I guess most users expect that to be the case with an update or upgrade anyway and also F-Droid can't guarantee that an app update won't bust the existing data because they changed the on-disk format, for example.
