final whitelabel features

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroidclient:final-whitelabel-features into master

This is three features only related in that they are useful when making whitelabel versions:

  • basic Install History viewer, available only when logging is enabled
  • allow user to disable ACRA entirely with a preference
  • add expert option to send debug version/UUID on each HTTP download

More details in the commit messages. WIP because it is based on !692 (merged)
