privileged extension fails to uninstall apps on 7.1.1

This is happening on CopperheadOS which is based on 7.1.1. It's probably a generic Android issue. The privileged extension verifies that the calling app is allowed to use it, but then fails to actually delete the package. There's no logging generated, but I'll be looking into this a bit deeper soon.
