0.101-alpha3 and later apps and/or repos mixing

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)
- update repos
What did you expect to see?
- all (available) apps listed
- some updates
What did you see instead?
- apps missing (correct count will appear after several forced kills, repo updates)
- already installed apps marked as incompatible (grey out), see above
- updates offered with wrong packages for apps yielding notification error

It will crash (multiple times in a row) at some point during this madness period, I'll try so save a log.
I did not see this behaviour previously.
It seems to be triggered by a slow repo contact/update cycle, say when it works (connects) fast I will not see this, but if it stalls (eg. redirecting DNS slows F-Droid down somewhat) it will trigger this.
