permissions mismatch in 0.101-alpha1

When installing DavDroid 1.1.1, I get a popup OK box saying "Error installing DAVdroid", "Permissions of the apk file are not a true subset of the permissions listed by the repo, i.e. some permissions have not been shown to the user!". This seems to be related to the a crash report that we received from ACRA: #698 (comment 12755806)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
