Can't install any apps that require permissions

This happens on F-Droid 0.101-alpha1 on CyanogenMod 13 (Android 6.0.1). F-Droid 0.100 had no such issues. Updating already installed apps seems to work fine.

I unfortunately do not have time to get logs now, if necessary I'll try to add those to this issue later.
