Rough edges after maxSdk changes in master

After @eighthave's changes regarding maxSdk, things are still working but we should double check all usages of maxSdk. For example, today I noticed that apks are shown as e.g. 4.0 up to v2147.... We need to add more checks against Apk.maxSdkVersion.
