include supported architectures in local repo metadata

The bluetooth apk for fdroid is great and the fact that one can also do it for a given app is great too.

For this feature to really work in the wild, it would be usefull to be able to push an apk for a different architecture or android version.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
