[Bug] Keeps saying app update ready to install, but app is already updated

Just installed F-Droid stable, then installed "NewPipe". Several times later today, F-droid says an update is ready to install for NewPipe, even though it's already the latest version.

Steps that did not remove the notification:

• Force closing F-Droid from running apps. Notification reappeared as soon as F-Droid opened again.
• Installing the "update". After opening F-Droid again, notification reappeared.

What got the notification to go, was clearing F-Droid cache. So the bug seems to be that, as long as the app install stays in F-Droid app cache, F-Droid thinks it's a not yet installed update.

How can I provide logs? Did not find them in the F-Droid app.

Oh, and my phones' specs:

• OnePlus 3T
• Android 8 (OnePlus open beta 19)
• Not rooted or in any other way tempered with
