visual indication when one tries to install apps with known vulnerabilities
Similar to #269 (closed), there should be a visual indication when one tries to install an app which contains known vulnerabilities (not simply an "out-of-date" indicator).
An example is IceCatMobile, which is based on outdated Firefox ESR 45.7.0. Due to not being updated, IceCatMobile contains more than 20 "critical"-rated and more than 50 "high"-rated vulnerabilities now (see Security Advisories for Firefox ESR). So it would be extremly risky for an Android user to install and use such an app.
