downloading notification sticks

F-Droid version (in the About screen): 0.101, priv. Ext 0.1

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

Enable priv. Ext.
Install an APP or wait for updates to install automatically (Option enabled)

What did you expect to see?

Download notification appear and disappear after download and install has finished.

What did you see instead?

Download notification stays in notification bar,
shows incomplete status although the APP is already installed
F-droid has to be killer (by hitting the 'force quit' button in the APPs settings page) to remove the notification.
