SanitizedFileTest are unix-like OS specific tests

SanitizedFileTest are linux/unix-like OS specific as there aren't /tmp/* directories and rm command on windows. Should cross platform that.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
