Updating repo in 0.98 is way more slower than 0.97

The processes after downloading repo data from server become way more slower than 0.97. Tested in 2 different machines(Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, Android 5.0.2/Sharp 303SH, Android 4.2.2) and have similar results.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
