[Feature] Add filter to show only newly added apps in "Latest"

I often find myself scrolling the "Latest" list only looking for the "New" items.

It would be great to have a filter/button/toggle in the "Latest" view to only show apps with the "New" badge.

Using: F-Droid 1.23.1 on Samsung A20e with Android 11.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
