Add repo button is raised forever on toast notification

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

1. Go to Settings > Repositories
2. Disable a repo (many times)

What did you expect to see?

The add button to go above the toast notification, and come back down once it is finished

What did you see instead?

It goes slightly higher, but not enough to show up, and it never goes back down, indeed it goes higher the more times you do it
