Rephrase update screen

Currently, the update screen shows the following:

Why would we talk about repositories? Why would the "average user" need to know?

Suggestion: Change the update screen message to something like the following ([] means button):

All apps are up to date.

Congratulations! All of your apps are up to date.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
