UI jumps up when enabling the expert mode setting "Keep install history"

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)
- Go to settings
- Enable "Expert mode"
- Enable "Keep install history"
What did you expect to see?
The setting is turned on.
What did you see instead?
The setting is turned on, as expected, but the UI jumps up.
When turning the "Keep install history" setting off, the horizontal line above "Expert mode" and the UI elements above it move up a tiny bit. This can be seen clearly at around second seven of the attached video, going back and forth frame for frame when the setting is turned off. I've also captured the frame before and after and have attached them, so that they can be compared more easily.
