Cosmetic: bell icon in Updates screen doesn't look consistent between dark and light mode

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

  1. Use light mode
  2. Check the faint bell icon in the updates screen
  3. Switch to dark mode
  4. Check the bell icon again

What did you expect to see?

A similar faint slightly whiter icon in dark mode

What did you see instead?

A grey, not faint, icon in dark mode
